Wine description

Harvested in early October, must fermentation in vats, then pressing, aged in new Barrique barrels for eighteen months.

Intense ruby red, black-heart, vanilla, tobacco and smoky, on the palate elegant smoky, cherries, very expressive and powerful, long finish

Wine description

Harvested in late September, must fermentation for six days in vats, then pressing; aged in stainless steel. Has potential of about 10 years.

 

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red, blackberry, herbs, earthy, on the palate blackberry, berries of the wood, dense and juicy structure, distinctive tannins, full bodied with a fruity finish.

Pasta and light meat-dishes.

Wine description

50% Grüner Veltliner & 30% Sauvignon Blanc & 20% Riesling. Harvested at mid-September, short leaching followed by pressing, temperature-controlled cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

 

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, refreshingly diverse aromas gooseberry, pear, banana, pineapple, on the palate very light and refreshing, refreshing and easy on the finish

Grüner Veltliner Icewine

Wine description

Frozen grapes are harvested in early February 2012 at -10°C, immediate pressing of the frozen grapes, temperature controlled cool fermentation, aged in stainless steel tanks. Has very good aging potential if stored properly.

Intense golden yellow, ready, white pepper, candy, lychee, green tea, on the palate green tea and candy, delicate and extravagant, long finish.

Wine description

Harvested in early December with 70% noble rot, immediate pressing, then temperature controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel. Aging potential for decades when stored proper.

Intense straw yellow, typical Welschriesling fruit, ripe pears, apple mash and vanilla, light and fresh on the palate, elegant in sugar and acidity with animating and fruity finish.
